This monoclonal antibody only very weakly detects human TLR2 in Ramos cell lysate and is not recommended for human sample testing.

Reactivity Notes

The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 85% homologous in vole, 80% in rat, chinese hamster and rabbit, 70% in orangutan, rhesus monkey and horse, and 65% homologous in human.
