Consistently, the expression of fibrosis markers, such as collagen I alpha , fibronectin & plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), were significantly lower in TNC−/− mice at UUO day 7 & 10 (B, n = 4 for each time point, two-way ANOVA, p < 0.05).
