Background
PSRC1 (proline/serine-rich coiled-coil) plays a role in regulating spindle dynamics and chromosome movement in mitosis. PSRC1 may also be involved in TP53-mediated growth suppression and CENPE gliding function. PSRC1 is known to have interactions with SRGN, AURKA, BIRC5, CALM1 and KIF11.
