Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SREBP1 Antibody [NB100-2215] - SREBP1 antibody was tested in HeLa cells with DyLight488 (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and DyLight 550 (red). Nuclear and punctate vesicle staining was observed.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: SREBP1 Antibody [NB100-2215] - nalysis of FFPE tissue section of mouse liver with SREBP1 antibody at 1:200. The antibody generated an expected cytoplasmic-nuclear immunostaining of SREBP1 protein in the hepatocytes.

Flow Cytometry: NQO-1 Antibody (A180) [NB200-209] - An intracellular stain was performed on U-87 cells with NQO-1 [A180] Antibody NB200-209AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

Flow (Intracellular): NQO-1 Antibody (A180) [NB200-209] - An intracellular stain was performed on U87MG cells with NQO1 (A180) antibody NBP2-24917 (blue) along with a matched isotype control NBP2-27287 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) APC-conjugated secondary antibody (F0101B, R&D Systems).

Flow Cytometry: NQO-1 Antibody (A180) [NB200-209] - An intracellular stain was performed on U-87 cells with NQO-1 [A180] Antibody NB200-209C (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to DyLight 650.

Simple Western: NQO-1 Antibody (A180) [NB200-209] - Simple Western lane view shows a specific band for NQO-1 in 0.5 mg/ml of A431 lysate. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Western Blot: NQO-1 Antibody (A180) [NB200-209] - Equol attenuated ER stress by activating Nrf2 in vitro & in vivo.(A) HUVECs were incubated with different concentrations (1, 10 & 100 nM) of equol for 24 h before treatment with t-BHP (50 μM) for another 6 h. (C) Total tissue lysates from the thoracic & abdominal aorta of apoE-/- mice with or without equol treatment were immunoblotted with anti-Nrf2 & anti-beta -actin antibodies. NQO-1 (A180) was detected in immersion fixed U-2 OS human osteosarcoma cell line using Mouse anti-NQO-1 (A180) Protein G Purified Monoclonal Antibody conjugated to DyLight 650 (Catalog # NB200-209C) (light blue) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4C. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

Western Blot: GAPDH Antibody [NB300-327] - Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat and HeLa cells using NB300-327 at 1:1000. Theoretical molecular weight: 36 kDa.

$Western Blot: GAPDH Antibody [NB300-327] - Analysis of different cell cytosolic or nuclear enriched fractions, GAPDH antibody, dilution 1:20,000 (Red): [1] protein standard, [2] NIH-3T3 cytosolic, [3] NIH-3T3 nuclear, [4] HeLa cytosolic, and [5] HeLa nuclear fractions. Strong band at 37kDa corresponds to GAPDH protein, mainly detected in the cytosolic fractions. The same blot was simultaneously probed with mouse mAb to the nuclear RNA binding protein SF3B4, dilution 1:1,000 (Green). In contrast to GAPDH, SF3B4 is exclusively expressed in the nuclear fraction.$

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: GAPDH Antibody [NB300-327] - The GAPDH antibody was tested in Hela cells at a 1:500 dilution against Dylight 488 (Green). Alpha-tubulin and nuclei were counterstained with Dylight 550 (Red) and DAPI (Blue), respectively.

Flow Cytometry: GADD153/CHOP Antibody (9C8) [NB600-1335] - An intracellular stain was performed on SK-MEL-28 cells with GADD153/CHOP Antibody (9C8) NB600-1335 (blue) and a matched isotype control MAB004 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Mouse IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Dylight 550 (84540, Thermo Fisher).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: EGLN1/PHD2 Antibody [NB100-2219] - Analysis of an FFPE mouse lung section using 1:200 dilution of EGLN1/PHD2 antibody. The staining was developed using HRP conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent. The antibody generated a specific staining in the cytoplasm and nuclei of alveolar as well as bronchiolar epithelial cells. Cytoplasmic staining was observed in almost all cells while the nuclear positivity was seen in a subset of cells only.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - NIH-3T3 cells were fixed and permeabilized for 10 minutes using -20C MeOH. The cells were incubated with anti-GRP78/HSPA5 at 2 ug/mL overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Western Blot: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - Total protein from human HeLa and A431 cells, mouse 3T3 cells and rat PC12 cells was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 1.0 ug/mL anti-GPR78 in blocking buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.05% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with anti-GRP78/HSPA5 at 5 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) NB100-690 was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Flow Cytometry: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - An intracellular stain was performed on NIH3T3 cells with GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody NBP1-06274AF488 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. 1 ug of antibody was added to 100 uL of staining buffer and cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.

Flow Cytometry: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat cells with Alexa Fluor 647 conjugate of GPR78/HSPA5 antibody NBP1-06274AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-24893AF647 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

Flow Cytometry: GRP78/HSPA5 Antibody [NBP1-06274] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa with NBP1-06274 and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Dylight 550.

(B) Lactate dehydrogenase-A, the astrocyte-specific isoform of the enzyme that catalyzes the interconversion of pyruvate & lactate, has equivalent protein levels in Control & Stretch ONH astrocytes. (C) Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, the enzyme that shunts glucose into the pentose phosphate pathway, is no different in Control & Stretch ONH astrocytes. (D) Glutamine synthetase, the enzyme that synthesizes glutamine from glutamate, is no different in Control & Stretch ONH astrocytes. The effect of the co-culturing of cancer cells and fibroblasts on the expression of Hk2 and Ldha. Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: SR-BI Antibody [NB400-113] - Analysis of a FFPE section of human adrenal gland tissue using 1:100 dilution of SR-BI antibody. The staining was developed using HRP-DAB based detection method and the nuclei of the cells were counterstained with hematoxylin. This antibody generated a specific staining of SR-BI/SCARB1 in the glandular cells. The staining was membrane-cytoplasmic in the zona glomerulosa cells while the signal was primarily localized to the membranes of the cells in the zona fasciculata and zona reticularis layers of the adrenal cortex.

Western Blot: SR-BI Antibody [NB400-113] - Cell surface expression of SR-BI in renal carcinoma cells. Western blot analysis of SR-BI in total cell lysates (left) and on the cell surface (right) in 786-O and 786-O-VHL cells. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Apolipoprotein E/ApoE Antibody (WUE-4) [NB110-60531] - HepG2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-ApoE (WUE-4) [NB110-60531] at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Flow Cytometry: Apolipoprotein E/ApoE Antibody (WUE-4) [NB110-60531] - Analysis of apoB-positivity in blood plasma and PLT concentrate-derived EXOs. FCM detection of the indicated markers in EXOs conjugated onto latex beads.
