Application Notes
This RBFOX3/Neun (1B7) antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western blot, where bands can be seen at 46 and 48 kDa. Use in IHC-frozen sections was reported in the scientific literature (PMID: 23776455). FLOW application was reported by Dr Xingrao Ke from Dept. of Pediatrics at Medical College of Wisconsin - see the product review for methodology details.
