Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CD4 Antibody [NBP1-19371] - Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of mouse brain using CD4 antibody at 1:300 dilution with HRP-DAB detection and hematoxylin counterstaining. The antibody primarily generated a strong signal in the membranes of a subset of cells in the tested section.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD4 Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-19371] - Rats with mild liver damage show immune cells infiltration in cerebellum at 4 weeks, which is prevented by rifaximin. Analysis of immune cells infiltration in cerebellum was performed at 4 weeks by immunohistochemistry using antibodies against (A) CD4, a marker of T lymphocytes (F(3,8) = 4.511, p < 0.01) & (B) IBA1, a marker of meningeal & perivascular macrophages (K-W(4,10) = 27.76, p < 0.0001). (C) Double immunofluorescence with anti-CD4 & anti-CX3CR1 as markers of autoreactive CD4+CD28− T lymphocytes was performed & quantified (K-W(4,5) = 8.711, p < 0.05). (D) Double immunofluorescence with anti-CD4 & anti-CCR6 as marker of Th17 lymphocytes was performed & quantified (K-W(4,7) = 8.858, p < 0.05). NQO-1 (A180) was detected in immersion fixed U-2 OS human osteosarcoma cell line using Mouse anti-NQO-1 (A180) Protein G Purified Monoclonal Antibody conjugated to DyLight 650 (Catalog # NB200-209C) (light blue) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4C. $Western Blot: GAPDH Antibody [NB300-327] - Analysis of different cell cytosolic or nuclear enriched fractions, GAPDH antibody, dilution 1:20,000 (Red): [1] protein standard, [2] NIH-3T3 cytosolic, [3] NIH-3T3 nuclear, [4] HeLa cytosolic, and [5] HeLa nuclear fractions. Strong band at 37kDa corresponds to GAPDH protein, mainly detected in the cytosolic fractions. The same blot was simultaneously probed with mouse mAb to the nuclear RNA binding protein SF3B4, dilution 1:1,000 (Green). In contrast to GAPDH, SF3B4 is exclusively expressed in the nuclear fraction.$

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD31/PECAM-1 Antibody (MEC 7.46) [NB100-1642] - MS1 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with at 5.0 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: CD31/PECAM-1 Antibody (MEC 7.46) [NB100-1642] - Frozen mouse lung tissues of WT B6 and IL1R--/- (knockout) mice were blocked with 1% BSA in PBS and were double stained with Alex647-conjugated CD31/PECAM-1 antibody (MEC 7.46) and PE-conjugated F4/80 for 2 hours at the room temperature. Image using the Alexa Fluor 647 format of this antibody.

Flow Cytometry: CD31/PECAM-1 Antibody (MEC 7.46) [NB100-1642] - A surface stain was performed on MS1 cells with CD31/PECAM-1 [MEC 7.46] Antibody NB100-1642AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.
