![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Glut4 Antibody [NBP1-49533] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-GLUT4 [NBP1-49533] at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Although fibronectin was increased in all of these cell types, ER stress was only observed in TM cells. (D) Human GTM3 or ARPE-19 cells were treated with Veh or Dex for 3 days. The cells were incubated with XBP1 Antibody (NBP1-77681) at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes.
