• Specificity: Detects rat Reg3B in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approxmately 75% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Reg3B, and approximately 20% cross-reactivity with rmReg3G is observed, and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Reg3A, rmReg1, rmReg2, rhReg4, rhReg1A, rmReg3A, and rmReg3D is observed. In Western blots, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with rmReg3B is observed.
