Western Blot: IRF6 Antibody (5D1Z4) [NBP3-16155] - Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using IRF6 Rabbit mAb (NBP3-16155) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 3min.

Immunoprecipitation: IRF6 Antibody (5D1Z4) [NBP3-16155] - Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300ug extracts of HepG2 cells using 3ug IRF6 antibody (NBP3-16155). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using IRF6 antibody (NBP3-16155) at a dilition of 1:1000.

Background

IRF6 encodes a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. Family members share a highly-conserved N-terminal helix-turn-helix DNA-binding domain and a less conserved C-terminal protein-binding domain. Mutations in this gene can cause van der Woude syndrome and popliteal pterygium syndrome. This protein is involved in palate formation. [provided by RefSeq]
