• Comments: 293T cells transfected with mouse IL5 expression plasmid. Supernatant collected, concentrated, and subjected to western analysis. Antibody concentration 0.2 ug/ml. Required 5 min exposure to film with ECL plus reagent. Detected band of expected size ~15 kDa and smaller unknown band.
