Western Blot: Endophilin B1/Bif-1 Antibody (30A882.1.1) - Azide Free [NBP2-33258] - Analysis for Bi-f-1/Endophilin-B1 using this antibody at 2 ug/ml dilution against 10 ug of Jurkat cell lysate.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Endophilin B1/Bif-1 Antibody (30A882.1.1) - Azide Free [NBP2-33258] - IHC analysis of formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human kidney using 5 ug/ml conc. of Endophilin B1 antibody (clone 30A882.1.1) on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Cytoplasmic staining of Endophilin B1 was observed. Staining was performed by Histowiz. Image using the standard format of this product.

Background

Bif-1/Endophilin-B1 may be required for normal outer mitochondrial membrane dynamics. Required for coatomer-mediated retrograde transport in certain cells. May recruit other proteins to membraneswith high curvature. May promote membrane fusion
