Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
