Western Blot: CXCL14/BRAK Antibody [NBP1-31398] - Human tissue extract (30 ug) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CXCL14 antibody [N3C3] diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.
