Background

CCR10 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein expressed by T cells and B cell subsets that functions as a receptor for CCL27 and CCL28. CCR10 mediates lymphocyte migration to the skin and mucosa, and its expression is correlated with the metastatic behavior of melanomas.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
