Flow Cytometry: AMPK alpha 1 Antibody (2B7) [NBP2-22127] - An intracellular stain was performed on RH-30 cells with AMPK alpha 1 Antibody (2B7) NBP2-22127PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and mouse liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat AMPK alpha 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2850) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for AMPK alpha 2 at approximately 63 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for AMPK alpha 2 at approximately 63 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat AMPK alpha 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2850) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109).
