Western Blot: VGluT3 Antibody [NBP1-25973] - Analysis of tissue lysates prepared in different lysing buffers. Blocking: 1% LFDM for 30 min at RT; primary antibody dilution 1:1000 incubated at 4C overnight.

Primary antibody: dilution 1: 200, incubated 30 min at RT using Autostainer. Sections were counterstained with Harris Hematoxylin.

Background

FUNCTION: Mediates the uptake of glutamate into synaptic vesicles at presynaptic nerve terminals of excitatory neural cells. May also mediate the transport of inorganic phosphate.
