Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TRIM8 Antibody [NBP2-16642] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Hepatoma, using antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Western Blot: TRIM8 Antibody [NBP2-16642] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GERP antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GERP antibody (NBP2-16642) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This protein localizes to nuclear bodies. Its structure is similar to some tumor suppressor proteins and its gene maps to a locus thought to contain tumor suppressor genes. [provided by RefSeq]
