  S100A3 antibody used for WB analysis of lysates of PNT2 (normal prostate cancer cell), LNCaP (hormone-sensitive human prostate cancer cells), DU145 and PC3 cells (human Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer Cells/CRPCs) - DU145 and PC3 cells showed highest expression of S100A3 protein (Figure 1B). Antibody also used on DU145 and PC3 cells treated or not with mock, scramble-si or S100A3-si RNA (Figure 1B, 3A, Supplementary Figure 1B, Supplementary Figure 2B).
