![Immunohistochemistry: GPR172B Antibody [19540002] - Normal and tumor tissues showed a moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was found in normal glandular cells. Tumor tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity except renal carcinoma and cutaneous malignancies which were negative. Occasional cases of thyroid tumors, malignant melanoma and urothelial carcinoma displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Lymphomas and malignant gliomas were moderately stained in cytoplasm whilst their normal counterparts were negative. ![Flow Cytometry: Rabbit IgG Isotype Control [NBP2-24891] - An intracellular stain was performed on Raji cells with Adiponectin antibody NB100-65810 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-24893 (orange).
