![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: STAT3 Antibody (9D8) [NBP2-22471] - Analysis of STAT3 using anti-STAT3 (9D8) monoclonal antibody (shown in green) in HeLa cells. Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then blocked with 1% Blocker BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature.
