Western Blot: ISG20 Antibody [NBP2-16996] - Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ISG20 antibody diluted at 1:1000. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

Exonuclease with specificity for single-stranded RNA and, to a lesser extent for DNA. Degrades RNA at a rate that is approximately 35-fold higher than its rate for single-stranded DNA. Involved in the antiviral function of IFN against RNA viruses.
