The plasma samples of normal people with EDTA anticoagulation were diluted 10-100 fold by NBP3-08117 and the reference value was 2-100ng/mL. The captured antibody is rabbit monoclonal, and the immunogen information is recombinant human FNDC5 50-150aa. The detected antibody is rabbit polyantibody and the immunogenic information is recombinant human FNDC5 100-212aa.
