Background

Frizzled-8 Antibody is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling and is involved in determining vertebrate axis and tissue polarity. Frizzled-8 Antibody is expressed during embryonic development in forming and differentiating somites in mice. Frizzled-8 Antibody expression has been reported in brain, heart, kidney, pancreas, and skeletal muscle. ESTs have been isolated from embryo, eye, head/neck, heart, kidney, liver/spleen, pancreas, prostate, and testis libraries, as well as many tumor libraries.
