Western Blot: DARC Antibody [NB100-2421] - DARC (0.3ug/ml) staining of Human Liver lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DARC Antibody [NB100-2421] - Staining of paraffin embedded Human Lung. Microwaved antigen retrieval with citrate buffer Ph 6, AP-staining.

Flow Cytometry: DARC Antibody [NB100-2421] - analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HEK293 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (0.4ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.

The granular staining is compatible with the endoplasmic reticulum association of the protein. This antibody has also been successfully used on Human Lung showing endothelial staining.
  Flow cytometry Analysis of HEK293 cells. A customer has reported successful staining of HEK293S-TetR transfected with DARC receptor at a dilution of 1/1000.
