  1. Assay Diluent A (Item D): Diluent buffer with 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
  2. Assay Diluent B (Item E): 5x concentrated buffer.
  3. Detection Antibody SDF-1 alpha (Item F): Biotinylated anti-human SDF-1 alpha. Eachvial is enough to assay half microplate.
  4. HRP-Streptavidin concentrates (Item G): 200x concentrated HRP-conjugatedStreptavidin.
  5. SDF-1 alpha Microplate (Item A): 96 wells coated with anti-human SDF-1 alpha.
  6. Standard Protein (Item C): Human SDF-1 alpha, 1 vial is enough to rum eachstandard in duplicate.
  7. Stop Solution (Item I): 0.2 M sulfuric acid.
  8. TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent (Item H): 3, 3’, 5, 5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) inbuffered solution.
  9. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x) (Item B): 20x concentrated solution.
