Western Blot: COUP-TF I/NR2F1 Antibody [NBP1-31259] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COUP TF1 antibody [N1], N-term diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with another protein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. It has varied roles in the development of the peripheral nervous system, such as early regionalization of the neocortex, differentiation of subplate neurons and guidance of thalamocortical axons.
