Application Notes |
Optimal dilution of this antibody should be experimentally determined. For optimal results using our Tandem dyes, please avoid prolonged exposure to light or extreme temperature fluctuations. These can lead to irreversible degradation or decoupling. When staining intracellular targets, specific attention to the fixation and permeabilization steps in your flow protocol may be required. Please contact our technical support team at technical@novusbio.com if you have any questions. |

Alternate Names for CCR10/GPR2 Antibody (314305R) [Allophycocyanin/Cy7]
Background
Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation. CCR10 in particular is the receptor for the skin-associated CC chemokine CCL27 (CTACK) as well as the novel chemokine CCL28 which displays chemotactic activity for resting CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
