Background
Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.

We use anti-CCR1 antibody (MM0061-7B17) for confocal imaging of CCR1 in THP1 monocyte cells. Though we get image from DAPI, we can't get any signal from CCR1. We tried the experiment both with and without permeabilization, since we don't know whether the
- Unfortunately, we do not routinely use confocal imaging in our lab. Therefore, I do not have any protocol specific to that application in monocytes. The product you are using has only been validated for use in IHC-Pariffin sections, and we have not yet tested this in ICC/IF. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its performance.
