Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29111]-Detection of human BRD1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BRD1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody and a second antibody against a different epitope of BRD1. For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD1, was used at 0. 04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
