Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Nuclear staining in the germinal centers of spleen was observed. Increased protein levels of KIF11, p-KIF11Thr926 AURKA, and p-AURKAThr288 were observed for the drug combination group, whereas KIF15 levels were noticeably lower.
