![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Aromatase Antibody [NB100-1596] - U2OS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. Cells were washed and incubated with 100 ul of Rabbit antibody to TGN diluted 1:100 in the blocking buffer for 30 minutes. Welles were then washed 7 times with PBS and incubated with 100 ul of anti Rb-FITC conjugate diluted 1:100 in the blocking buffer for further 30 minutes.
