Western Blot: Serpin E2/PN1 Antibody [NBP2-20315] - U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SERPINE2 antibody diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SERPINE2 antibody (NBP2-20315) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SERPINE2 antibody (NBP2-20315) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
