Recombinant bioactive protein containing 109 amino acids for Mouse PDGF-B
Amino Acid Sequence:(P31240)
|Details of Functionality
The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of murine BALB/c 3T3 cells is < 2 ng/ml.
| Protein/Peptide Type
Biologically Active Protein
>95%, by SDS-PAGE
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
Packaging, Storage & Formulations
Store at -20 to -80C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Lyophilized with no additives
>95%, by SDS-PAGE
Reconstitute in sterile 100mM acetic acid and 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4C for 1 week or -20C for future use.
