PDGF-B Antibody (108128) [Unconjugated] Summary
| Immunogen |
E. coli-derived recombinant human PDGF‑BB Ser82-Thr190 Accession # P01127 |
| Specificity |
Detects the human PDGF-B subunit in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, shows 50-100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF‑AB and rrPDGF-BB but no cross-reactivity with rhCTGF, rhPlGF, rhVEGF‑B186, rhVEGF‑C, or rhVEGF‑D. |

Background
Four PDGF family members, A, B, C and D, have been identified. PDGF-B
can exist as a disulfide-linked homodimer (PDGF-BB) or heterodimer
(PDGF-AB). PDGF-B binds and activates PDGF R alpha and PDGF R beta .
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
