Background

The OX40 receptor is also known as CD134, ACT35, and tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4. This receptor is expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and B cells. The OX40 receptor binds to the OX40 ligand to provide a co-stimulatory signal that is independent of CD28. Blockade of OX40-OX40 ligand interactions has been shown to ameliorate experimental EAE and inflammatory bowel disease, imply that these interactions are important in the pathogenesis of some autoimmune diseases.

In your datasheet, you describe the applications are FLOW, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, but in the Uses section, you describe This antibody is useful for Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Flow Cytometry. Which is right? And in the Recommended Dilutions section, you describe Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Immunohistochemistry- Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry, but there is no any information about the dilutions. What are the dilutions for this applications?
    • NB100-64847 has been tested and validated in flow cytometry and IHC-Frozen tissues. I've corrected the datasheet to reflect these changes. The recommended dilutions are 1:10-1:50 however they need to be optimized for the customers purposes.
