Background
Neurofilaments usually contain three intermediate filament proteins: L, M, and H which are involved in the maintenance of neuronal caliber. The extra mass and high charge density that distinguish the neurofilament proteins from all other intermediate filament proteins are due to the tailpiece extensions. This region may form a charged scaffolding structure suitable for interaction with other neuronal components or ions.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are

FAQs for NF-H Antibody (NBP1-42578). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQ).
-
The suggested dilution titer for WB with NBP1-42578? The product is lyophilized, and there is no suggestion for WB. The customer wonders how much diH2O shall be added for reconstitution?
- To reconstitute to the Ab the customer should add distilled H20 for the desired concentration. Generally, a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml is appropriate. For Western blot we recommend a starting dilution of 1:100 - 1:2000. The optimal dilution will be dependent on how much protein is in the sample.
