Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MSTO1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MSTO1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MSTO1 antibody. For bting immunoprecipitated MSTO1, was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
