Western Blot: MLL3 Antibody (PSH02-11) [NBP3-32507] - Western blot analysis of MLL3 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-MLL3 antibody (NBP3-32507) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: U-2 OS cell lysate (20 ug/Lane) Lane 2: MCF7 cell lysate (20 ug/Lane) Lane 3: HCT 116 cell lysate (20 ug/Lane) Lane 4: Rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate (40 ug/Lane) Predicted band size: 541 kDa Observed band size: 541 kDa Exposure time: 1 minute 36 seconds; 3-8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32507) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4 overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
