LINGO1 antibody [C1C3] detects LINGO1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.Green: LINGO1 stained by LINGO1 antibody [C1C3] (NBP2-19359) diluted at 1:500.Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody [GT1338] diluted at 1:500.Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI .

Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LINGO1 antibody [C1C3] (NBP2-19359) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

Functional component of the Nogo receptor signaling complex (RTN4R/NGFR) in RhoA activation responsible for some inhibition of axonal regeneration by myelin-associated factors. Is also an important negative regulator of oligodentrocyte differentiation and axonal myelination.
