IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free

Western Blot: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) [NBP1-04308] - Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and IRF3 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Mouse Anti-Human IRF3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-04308) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for IRF3 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western Blot: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free [NBP1-04308] - The cell lysates (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human IRF3 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Lane 1: MCF7 cell lysate. Lane 2: K562 cell lysate. Lane 3: Jurkat cell lysate

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) [NBP1-04308] - Human HeLa cells stained with IRF-3 (1:500) with Texas-Red and Hoechst 33342 (Blue) for nucleus staining.

Flow Cytometry: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free [NBP1-04308] - Flow cytometry analysis of IRF3 in Jurkat cells. The cell was stained with NBP1-04308 at 2-5ug for 1x10^6cells (red). A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray).

Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray).

Background
