Western Blot: CBP/KAT3A Antibody [NB100-381] - Detection of Human CBP by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 ug) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBP antibody NB100-381 used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: CBP/KAT3A Antibody [NB100-381] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBP antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. CBP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBP antibody NB100-382. For blotting immunoprecipitated CBP, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background
