Background

CD61 is the integrin beta3 subunit, a 105 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, and endothelial cells. Integrin beta3 associates with gpIIb (CD41) to form the CD41/CD61 complex that mediates platelet adhesion and aggregation. CD61 also associates with CD51 to form the alphaVbeta3 vitronectin receptor.    • The only application that we recommend a dilution for is Flow/FACS, which is less than or equal to 1 ug/10^6 cells. For western blot, we recommend 1:100-1:2000.
2. What is the Positive control for NBP1-28398?
   • That lab that does our IHC testing does not have much data on file. It looks like according to uniron this is the tissue specificity: Isoform beta-3A and isoform beta-3C are widely expressed. Isoform beta-3A is specifically expressed in osteoblast cells; isoform beta-3C is specifically expressed in prostate and testis.
3. Do you have a slide for IHC for NBP1-28398?
