IL-17RA/IL-17R Antibody (Hu129) [Unconjugated]

K562 human myelogenous leukemia cell line was stained with Human Anti-Human IL-17RA/IL-17R (Research Grade Brodalumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10547, filled histogram) or Human IgG control antibody (open histogram) followed by anti-human IgG APC-conjugated Secondary Antibody (F0135). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.

Background

Brodalumab is a human monoclonal antibody designed for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Brodalumab binds to the interleukin-17 receptor and so prevents interleukin 17 (IL-17) from activating the receptor.
