Flow Cytometry: Gr-1/Ly-6G Antibody (1A8) [NBP2-53131] - Cells were pre-gated with live/dead and FSC-A/W to exclude dead cells and cell doublets. The single cell suspension was isolated from a spleen of an IL1-R KO (knockout) mouse and stained with the FITC-Conjugated CD45R antibody (1:100) for 30 minutes.
