Background

FBXO15 (F-Box Protein 15) belongs to the F-box protein family which are involved in protein ubiquitination. FBXO15 is regulated by SOX2-OCT4 and POU5F1. FBXO15 is known to have interactions with SKP1, CUL1, BTRC, CCNF and FBXL15.
