Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS017) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to dendritic cells. Background

DcTRAIL R1 exists in two isoforms resulting in a transmembrane and secreted protein. DcTRAIL R1 functions as a decoy receptor for TRAIL and does not transmit apoptotic signals.
