• Comments: I have used this antibody for western blot application, by diluting it 1:500 in a solution containing 5% milk in TBS-Tween (0.1%). The antibody has been tested on human ovarian cancer cell lysates (PEA1) following and overnight incubation at 4°C on a PVDF membrane.
