Western Blot: CEP72 Antibody [NB100-60661] - Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: NB100-60661 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction (Lane 3). CEP72 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody and NB100-60662 (Lane 2). For blotting immunoprecipitated CEP72, NB100-60661 was used at 0.04 ug/ml (Lane 1). Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
