BRE Antibody

Knockout Validated: BRE Antibody [NBP1-32304] - Wild-type (WT) and BRCC45 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BRCC45 antibody. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
