1. I would like to have more information about this antibody NBP2-12009 . According to the datasheet it can be used for neutralization. However, no reference or publication has been listed for this product. Would you please provide some more information including the protocol and recommended dilution?
   • In regards to NBP2-12009, the lab has informed me that this was tested and reported by a customer. Activin A can increase hemoglobin expression in human chronic myelogenous leukemia cells in a dose-dependent manner. Hemoglobin Expression elicited by activin A can be neutralized by increasing concentrations of NBP2-12009. The ED50 is about 20-60ng/ml in the present of 5ng/ml of human activin A.
